Dr. Bolden Harris, DC
Dr. Bolden Harris grew up in Arlington, Texas, and graduated from Martin High School with All-Conference honors in football and wrestling. Soon after, he pursued his passion for football at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, where he graduated with a degree in biology. During his junior year at Wartburg, Dr. Bolden Harris suffered a severe ankle injury that threatened to end his career. Months and months of painful rehabilitation hadn’t improved his condition. Thankfully, he visited Dr. Jeff Pedersen, who adjusted his ankle. To his surprise, his ankle finally healed, and he completed his successful football career.

Rhiannon May, Personal Trainer
My name is Rhiannon May, and I was born and raised in Odessa TX. My personal passion for health and fitness started in high school with weight training. It transformed my life completely from the inside out and I am still an avid weightlifter to this day. This quickly turned into a love for all areas of wellness and gave me the desire to want to help people improve their health through all possible avenues.
The way it feels to be confident and in control of your own body is so powerful and I believe everyone deserves a chance at that.
This led me to continuing my education. Receiving my Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2020, as well as becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach in 2022 through the same organization.
